City Church

Outreach

Both locally and globally, we show God’s love in a tangible way by being His hands and feet to those in need.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH PARTNERS

We share God’s love and message of hope, both locally and globally, because God first loved us and gave us hope. We partner with ministries in the Charlotte area and in a few other countries to share Christ’s love, fight for justice, provide for needs, and respond to the things God puts on the heart of our community.

1 John 4: 19-20

“We love because He first loved us. If anyone says, “I love God” yet hates his brother, he is a liar. For anyone who does not love his brother, whom he has seen, cannot love God, whom he has not seen.”

The Abandon Project’s mission is to model the love of Jesus to hurting communities who deserve freedom from negative cycles. Their hope is to be the father to the fatherless and imagine communities set free from negative cycles, through love, consistency, and oneness. Without the assistance of community-minded individuals just like you, they wouldn’t be able to serve those in our community each year. Your generosity will make a difference in our community by allowing us to continue in our work. Ways to get involved: Monday Night Neighborhood Initiative Wednesday Night Health Initiative.
