Please read these guidelines before registering to understand the environment we are creating
Please arrive between 10 – 10:15 am
Upon arrival, you and your family may need to wait your turn to enter the building
Please wear your face mask/covering and keep a 6 foot distance (markings will be in place) from those around you at all times.
At the foyer entrance, you will have your temperature checked by a volunteer. If you have any Covid-19 like symptoms or have been in contact with anyone who has, we ask you to stay safe at home.
If you do not have a temperature, you will be asked to use our hand sanitizer.
Once inside, please keep your face covering properly in place over your mouth and nose during the entire service and until you have left the building.
Please do not bring food into the sanctuary.
We will no longer be able to provide these items for you: Coffee, water, bibles, pens, notepads, bulletins.
Once inside the sanctuary, you will be shown your seating area. Please stay with your family/group at all times and practice safe social distancing (6 foot apart). Unfortunately, this also includes no hugging or shaking hands!
Please make sure you pay attention to the social distancing marks on the floor.
Please avoid opening and closing any doors or touching any handles except for the restrooms.
If you need to use the restroom, we have one available by the main entrance. You will find cleaning protocols inside the restroom. Please follow them before returning to your seat.
We also need YOU to kindly dispose of all non-reusable cups and water bottles on your way out.
We encourage you to catch up, chat and visit before and after the service while practicing social distancing outside. Our sanctuary will remain closed except for during service.
If at any point in the week you realize you will be unable to attend, please email brenda@citychurchcharlotte.com so that we give can provide a seat for someone on the waiting list.
Anyone registering to attend will receive an email on Saturday that includes important health & safety questions you must agree to read before attending. Please be on the lookout for that communication.
