Couldn’t join us on Sunday? We’ve got you covered.
We believe that God’s Word, when we let it soak into us, can have a remarkable impact on our lives. We also believe that the Holy Spirit is active, speaking to us and pouring out God’s love and grace in a powerful way. Through these talks and other resources, we hope that you will allow God to speak into your life today, wherever you’re at.

Why Pursue Wisdom?
This first Sunday in Lent, we are starting a new series on the book of Proverbs. This book calls us to be people who pursue wisdom and this Sunday we simply ask: Why should do that? What is at stake? And what might result from our doing so?
Vision Sundays (2/5-2/12/2017)
We come together as a church this time each year to look ahead to the plans we believe God is guiding us to follow. In this 2-week series, we shall share what the vision CityChurch is laying hold of in the years to come and what your role could be to play your part!
The bible tells us that “God is love” and ‘God’s perfect love casts out all fear’. In this series, we kick off the year by looking at what it means to be made perfect in that love while asking the question what might our life look like if we lived without fear in 2017?
Peace, Joy & Miracles (11/27-12/24/2016)
As we journey together towards Christmas this year, we do so by exploring the promises of God that Jesus’ birth brings to us today. And as we discover the riches of these miraculous promises, we ask the question, ‘How can each of us experience more of these gifts from God for ourselves in this season?’
Fall Sundays (11/13-11/20/2016)
In light of the changes and uncertainty going on around us, we ask the question in this series, Is God in Control? Together, we explore what God’s control looks like in our daily lives and why we can be confident that His promises will be fulfilled for each of us as His children.
When Helping Hurts (10/2-11/6/2016)
We believe God is calling our church to provide mercy and justice for our neighbors in poverty. In recognizing that poverty is much more than simply a lack of material resources, we are taking this year’s 40 Days of Faith to consider the complexities of poverty and learn how to help alleviate poverty in our neighborhood.
Lessons from the Wilderness (9/4-9/25/2016)
This series of talks center around lessons we can learn from the Israelites as they journeyed to the Promise Land. As a church, we believe God is calling us into a new season of growth. And as we step into this calling, these talks will equip up as individuals to prepare for the harvest in our daily pursuit of God.
For our last prayer-focused summer series, we will be seeking what the Lord is saying to our church about the future. Now that our church is established, what plans has God prepared for us to step into? How can we grow into being people who discern His will for our church and for our own personal journeys with Him.
As we continue in our summer of prayer this July, we shift our focus to praying for our city and seeking a heart for our city. In this series, we learn why Jesus teaches us to engage in the needs of the people around us with a radical love. And as we do, we will listen to what we think God is saying about our city and the ways he wants to lead us.
In our first summer series, Ignite, we will take the first step to discern our church’s vision by first learning about prayer and practically listening to what God may be saying about our church today. In learning how to pray, we will evaluate why we should seek a prayer filled life and understand what we can expect in our relationship with God.
Vision I Giving Sundays (5/15-5/22/2016)
On these Vision & Giving Sundays, Al explains what it means for us as a church to enter the ‘promised land.’ God has established us as a thriving church. We’ll look ahead to the future as we forge into the plans God has for us that Al invites us to participate in discovering together over this summer.
Chasing the Wild Goose (4/3-5/8/2016)
In this series, we look at how we can engage with the Holy Spirit with the understanding that is important for us to seek to participate in the work of the Spirit in our lives. What does that practically look like? Why is it so important? And how can we use the Bible as our foundation in doing so?

His, Our, My Story (2/15-3/27/2016)
We are all living out the stories of our lives. In this series, we look at the story of Jesus and how the details of His actions impact our lives today both personally and in our church. And as we do, we will consider how our own story is a part of a much larger redemptive story that changes everything.
